I worked with Tiffany (Plain’s Paris) to find a house for my parents, and she was amazing in every way. This was a difficult situation because my parents were outside of the country, and my job requires 75% travel, so I was not in KC very often. Homes were selling very quickly as well, so we had to move fast once we found something that checked our boxes. Tiffany was my eyes and ears, sending me videos and links, with her expertise shining in every step. I relied on her for so much, and she was a calming, wonderful presence throughout the process. She guided me through the offer process, which can be tricky these days, and was very helpful during inspection and closing. Tiffany is an incredible agent. I love her calming, steady personality, her sense of humor, and I really appreciate all the knowledge she brings to the table. Thank you thank you thank you!

I live in Denver, CO and invest remotely in real estate. Justin, Tara, and their team made everything from the buy to rehab to sell a breeze. This included taking photos and videos of the house for us, introducing us to contractors, and getting multiple offers in less than a day on the market. We had a great experience. Looking forward to doing more deals together!
