My third transaction with Justin was the best yet. Before I even put the property on the market, Justin found an all cash buyer who purchased at market value and kept my existing tenant. Closed in a couple weeks without a hitch! Highly recommended.Update: To my surprise, the buyer end up doing an owner move-in eviction of my tenant. Justin found my former tenant a comparable rental and even offered to help her move! Justin is extremely competent and responsive, and he remains my go-to guy for real estate in Kansas City.
